3JUVE uses three independent skin rejuvenation technologies, in combination, to help treat the three most common signs of ageing.

Skin Rejuvenation with the 3JUVE reduces the visible signs of ageing including uneven skin tone, uneven skin texture, redness (thread veins), fine lines and wrinkles. This treatment is also suitable for vascular lesions, pigmentation, skin tightening and wrinkle reduction.

Resurface Fractional Laser

ResurFACE treatments improve a variety of different skin concerns such as uneven skin texture, open pores, scars, wrinkles and skin laxity. It can smooth and even acne scars and bumps, wrinkles and fine lines and boosts collagen, improving skin texture.

Minute sections of the skin are targeted with laser light, which penetrates into the tissue. This causes small columns of thermal damage which, in turn, stimulates significant collagen renewal. The surrounding non-affected areas of skin aid the body’s natural recovery process, allowing dramatic results without significant downtime.

Deeper skin concerns such as surgical scars, traumatic scars, acne scars and stretch marks can be treated with this award-winning technology. With this treatment, we can both reduce the redness and the appearance of scars and stretch marks. For scars and stretch marks, ResurFACE works in the same way as overall skin rejuvenation.

Rebright 585 IPL

Pulses of light are emitted to target skin discolouration (brown and red lesions) and create a more youthful, even complexion. In addition, the light energy stimulates the fibroblast cells, leading to increased production of new collagen and elastin. This improves the texture of the skin, evening out lumps and bumps whilst reducing the appearance of lines and wrinkles.

Pigmented lesions such as sun spots, age spots, liver spots and freckles that are caused by sun damage can be successfully removed creating a more flawless appearance.
Short pulses of light are released and are readily absorbed by the high concentration of melanin found within pigmented lesions. The rapid absorption of light energy heats the melanin and causes the destruction of the melanin-rich cells. This triggers the body’s natural healing process to stimulate the growth of new, healthy skin tissue.

We can provide a long-term solution to facial concerns such as red flushing (rosacea), thread veins and red spots. Your skin will appear more even and your complexion healthier and brighter.
Light energy is applied to the skin where it is readily absorbed by blood vessels, heating them to a point where they are destroyed. Following treatment, the vessels quickly clear as they are reabsorbed by the body, leaving little or no trace of the original lesion.

Active acne and superficial scarring can be treated. Rebright 585 IPL combats inflammation and reduces the severity and frequency of breakouts, whilst also diminishing redness and pigmentation. Light emitted directly targets the overactive sebaceous glands, greatly reducing the total number and severity of active lesions. This lessens the inflammation and occurrence of breakouts. The light stimulates the production of new collagen to improve skin texture, scarring and can also reduce the appearance of red or brown areas of skin that are often associated with acne breakouts.

Remodel RF (Radiofrequency)

Remodel RF treatments will help to lift and tighten your skin. You will see a softening of fine lines and wrinkles as well as lifting in the cheeks and a tightening of the jawline. Remodel RF is suitable for all skin types, with instant and cumulative results with no downtime. RF energy is applied to the skin in an act of gentle heating. This stimulates a process often referred to as wound healing.

The heat is recognised by the brain which then signals cells in the deeper layers of your skin to produce collagen and elastin. Over time, the collagen and elastin will grow and your skin will start to tighten, looking fresher and smoother. 3JUVE® is particularly effective for fi ne lines, lower face slackness and overall skin tightening.

Mesotherapy

Skin Boosters

Skin booster injections, also known as skin hydration injections are cosmetic procedures designed to improve the texture, elasticity, and overall appearance of the skin. These injections typically use hyaluronic acid-based fillers to hydrate and rejuvenate the skin. Hyaluronic acid is a natural substance found in the body that helps retain moisture and provides volume to the skin.

Here at Market Street Clinic we offer Sunekos. Sunekos is a patented formula of Hyaluronic acid and Amino Acids which promotes your body’s own production of elastin and collagen.

Following the initial 3-month course of treatment, the use of your own growth factors will result in a natural regeneration that does not change your facial expressions.

How long does the process take?

The effects of PRGF®-Endoret® micro-injections are progressive and begin to be evident after 24 hours from the first application, with an increase of the smoothness and brightness of the skin with each new session.

We recommend you have three sessions in the first 3 months. Subsequent treatment sessions are usually between one and three per year, depending on your age and skin type. Our clinician will inform you of the most appropriate treatment according to your unique profile.
